What guides research, training and cooperation

The Charter of Values sets out the principles that inspire AGAMI's activities and guide its research, training and cooperation.

Independence of research

Autonomy of method and judgment, free from external influence.

Dialogue between cultures

The exchange between legal and cultural traditions as both method and objective.

Protection of fundamental rights

Commitment to the promotion and protection of the rights of the person.

Centrality of the person

People, families and communities at the heart of every activity.

Euro-Mediterranean cooperation

Building legal and cultural bridges between Europe, North Africa and the Mediterranean.

Supporting the new generations

Transmission of knowledge and support for young jurists and researchers.

The values of the Charter are implemented in the priorities of the 2027-2030 Strategic Program, the common compass of all the Association's activities.
