Personal services

Listening and Guidance Desk

A space for listening and initial guidance for those facing legal and family situations spanning several countries and legal systems.

Purpose

Listen, inform, guide

AGAMI's Listening and Guidance Desk welcomes the questions of those dealing with legal and family matters straddling different legal systems, offering an initial hearing and guidance towards the most appropriate tools and contacts.

The service stems from the association's direct experience in legal dialogue between Italy and Morocco and in supporting transnational families: matters such as marriage, divorce, custody of minors, successions, citizenship and residence.

What it is and what it is not

The Desk offers listening and guidance: it points to pathways, tools and competent contacts.

It does not provide individual legal advice or representation in court, which remain the responsibility of the professionals engaged.
