Legal Dialogue between Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean

The Italian Journal of Euro-African and Mediterranean Legal Studies

The journal

The scientific space for Euro-African and Mediterranean dialogue

AGAMI studies legal relations between Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean, with particular attention to the Italy-Morocco axis and to transnational families: AGAMI Journal is the scientific space for this dialogue.

A scientific journal devoted to comparative law, international cooperation, fundamental rights and legal relations among Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean. Promoted by AGAMI Research Center, it was created with the aim of establishing a stable space for exchange among academics, professionals, judges, researchers and institutions belonging to different legal traditions.

AGAMI Journal aspires to become the first Italian legal journal entirely devoted to the dialogue among Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean, with particular attention to the legal relations between Europe and Africa and to the transformations of law in the contemporary Mediterranean, in a field that to date lacks a publication built on this axis.
