The Observatory
The Mediterranean Observatory is AGAMI's permanent structure dedicated to the monitoring and analysis of legislative, case-law and social developments affecting Europe, North Africa and the Mediterranean, with particular attention to the Italy-Morocco axis and to transnational families.
It focuses in particular on comparative family law, immigration, citizenship, international mobility, the protection of minors, human rights and judicial cooperation, producing analyses and reference materials for professionals, scholars and institutions.
Its activities include the monitoring of international conventions and bilateral agreements concerning family matters, minors, judicial cooperation, successions and international mobility.
The first report of the Mediterranean Observatory is in preparation and will be published in this section.
