Identity
A Third Sector Entity that has become an international research center
AGAMI APS is a Third Sector Entity founded in Italy in 2011 and today established as an international platform for legal research, comparative study and scientific cooperation between Europe, North Africa and the Mediterranean area. Originally founded as the Association of Young Moroccan Lawyers in Italy, it has progressively broadened its mission, becoming a point of reference for dialogue between legal systems, scientific production and the building of international academic and professional networks.
Through AGAMI Research Center, it develops research, publications, permanent observatories, training programs and cooperation projects.

Mission
To promote legal research, scientific production, specialized training and international cooperation; to foster dialogue between legal systems, universities, research centers, professionals and institutions; to contribute to the development of legal knowledge and to the dissemination of fundamental rights as instruments of mutual understanding, inclusion and sustainable international relations.
Vision
To establish itself as an international center for legal research and a point of reference for the study of comparative law, immigration, citizenship, fundamental rights and cooperation between Europe, North Africa and the Mediterranean, fostering the circulation of knowledge and dialogue between different legal systems.

A lawyer admitted to the Rome Bar, she belongs to the first generation of Italian jurists of Moroccan origin and trained at Italian universities, graduating in 2006 in European and Transnational Legal Studies from the University of Trento with a thesis devoted to the Moudawana, the Moroccan Family Code.
For over twenty years she has practiced law between Italy and the Kingdom of Morocco, dealing with comparative family law, private international law, immigration, citizenship, protection of minors, international successions, recognition of foreign decisions and international judicial cooperation.
She takes part as a speaker in conferences and institutional round tables in Italy and in the Kingdom of Morocco. In 2010, on the occasion of the international forum in Rabat, she proposed the international network of professionals from which AGAMI would be born, which she founded in 2011.
Practises between Italy and Morocco, with a law firm in Rome and an office in Casablanca, and is Morocco Partner of Bridge Digital Platform, an international network of law firms specialising in multi-jurisdictional immigration.
The Family Code in Morocco
Mudawwana al-'usra
The first Italian work devoted to the Mudawwana al-'usra, the Moroccan Family Code. The volume is held at the Library of the Supreme Court of Cassation in Rome.

Institutional development
From the 2011 project to today's Association
- 2011 AGAMI is founded as a project of intercultural legal dialogue: the first network of lawyers of Moroccan origin in Italy (RAMI), with its main office in Vicenza.
- 2019 The project takes on its current associative form — the "Association for Human Rights and Legal Culture" — with registration in the RUNTS and operational offices in Rome and Vicenza (institutional data undergoing documentary verification).
- 2026 The AGAMI Research Center, the AGAMI Journal and the Network of Moroccan Competences in Italy are established: the scientific and networking dimension of the project.
