What is AGAMI?
AGAMI – Intercultural Legal Dialogue APS is a Social Promotion Association (APS), established in 2011 and dedicated to legal research and to cooperation between Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean region, with a particular focus on the intercultural legal dialogue between Italy and Morocco. It promotes research, publications, observatories, professional networks and training initiatives.
What does "APS" mean?
APS stands for Associazione di Promozione Sociale (Social Promotion Association): a category of Third Sector entity (ETS) governed by the Italian Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree no. 117/2017). It is established to carry out activities of general interest for the benefit of its members or of the community at large, relying predominantly on the voluntary work of its members.

What is the RCMI?
The RCMI (Network of Moroccan Skills in Italy – Rete delle Competenze Marocchine in Italia) is the network promoted by AGAMI that connects professionals, researchers, students and businesses of Moroccan origin or culture based in Italy. You may join the network and, subject to consent to publication, appear in the public directory of skills and expertise.
Is my data in the RCMI network public?
No, unless explicit consent has been given. A profile appears in the public directory only if it has been approved and the data subject has provided the specific consents required (Article 9 GDPR and consent to publication); contact details are never displayed publicly, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

It is a space for listening and initial orientation for those facing legal and family matters spanning more than one legal system. It provides guidance towards the appropriate tools and competent contacts, but does not offer individual legal advice or representation in court, which remain the responsibility of the duly appointed professionals.

You may support the Association through charitable donations, ethical sponsorships, institutional partnerships and academic collaborations. Charitable donations made in favour of Third Sector entities (ETS) may qualify for the tax benefits provided for under Article 83 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017.
Are donations to AGAMI tax-deductible?
Charitable monetary donations in favour of Third Sector entities (ETS), where made through traceable means of payment (bank transfer, cards, etc.), may give rise either to a deduction from personal income tax (IRPEF) or, alternatively, to a deduction from taxable income, within the limits set out in Article 83 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017.
