Comparative law, family, citizenship and cooperation: legal knowledge as a bridge between legal systems and cultures
An identity of the border
AGAMI's identity is naturally situated between Italy, Morocco and Europe. It is the space in which legal systems, languages and legal traditions meet and, at times, measure themselves against one another: family law, citizenship, the mobility of people and cooperation between States.
AGAMI looks at this space with the tools of research: comparative study, analysis of international conventions and dialogue between experiences, in respect of the sovereignty of States and the autonomy of legal systems.
