Women, Leadership and Rights

Intercultural leadership, fundamental rights, empowerment and access to justice: a structural commitment of AGAMI

A constant commitment

Women's rights in the dialogue between legal systems

The protection of women's rights and the promotion of women's leadership run through the entire activity of AGAMI. The comparative perspective across different legal systems makes it even more evident how important it is to guarantee equality, dignity and the effectiveness of rights, particularly in transnational family relations and in migration journeys.

AGAMI addresses these themes with the method of research and the language of law, without slogans: study, dialogue and concrete proposals at the service of people.
